Whether incorporated into your personalised chiropractic care plan or attended as a standalone service, these sessions are designed to help you stay strong and comfortable during pregnancy, and to rebuild strength, stability, and confidence as you return to exercise after having your baby. Postnatally, you’re welcome to bring your baby along to your sessions, so you don’t need to worry about organising childcare while prioritising your recovery and wellbeing.
