Everyone begins with an initial consultation lasting approximately one hour. During this time, we conduct a thorough assessment, starting with a detailed discussion about your concerns and current symptoms. This helps us understand what’s happening with your body and informs the next step—a comprehensive physical evaluation.
The physical assessment includes checks such as blood pressure, pulse, posture analysis, and guided movements. We also assess your nervous system and perform a range of diagnostic tests to pinpoint the issue and develop an accurate understanding of your condition.
Following this, we will explain our findings to you and answer any questions you may have. We will also discuss the treatment options that are likely to be most beneficial for you, along with any associated risks and develop a treatment plan with you. If you are happy to proceed, we will begin treatment during this session.
If, for any reason, we feel that treatment is not appropriate or that further investigation is needed, we will refer you back to your GP for additional checks before starting treatment.
Follow-up appointments are then usually approximately 30 minutes, however depending on specfic individual needs there is the option for 45 or 60 minutes if for example, we are adding in more sports massage, Pilates or rehabilitation exercises.
Initial Appointments £65
Follow ups 20-30 minutes £35

With a standalone sports massage appointment, your first session will include an initial consultation. During this time, we’ll discuss what brings you in for a sports massage, review any injuries or conditions that may require adaptations to treatment, and explore what you hope to achieve from the session.
As part of the consultation, we’ll carry out a physical assessment to ensure that sports massage is appropriate for you. We’ll also discuss whether you’re looking for regular appointments or prefer a more flexible, as-needed approach, and create a treatment plan tailored to your goals and needs. Once we have your consent, we’ll begin the treatment.
Following the initial appointment, you can choose from a range of follow-up options, including 30-minute, 45-minute, or 60-minute sessions. If at any point we feel that a chiropractic appointment may be more appropriate, we can discuss including that within treatment. However, if you prefer to continue with sports massage only, that decision is entirely up to you.
An initial appointment is required before starting Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapy. During this session, we will discuss your concerns, current symptoms, and reasons for seeking MLD as a treatment. Depending on your medical history, we may ask if you have consulted your doctor or specialist before beginning this therapy.
We will also perform a physical assessment tailored to your specific concerns, discuss the potential benefits and any associated risks, and develop a treatment plan designed to meet your needs. With your consent, we can then begin the treatment during this appointment.
Due to the nature of this treatment, follow-ups are generally 45 or 60 minutes, but in certain cases, a 30-minute session may be appropriate.
